Today Walker Modular got the official go-ahead on supplying the Bathroom Pods for the new luxury student accommodation at the Pearl Works, Sheffield.

The Pearl Works sets the benchmark for purpose-built student accommodation – 53 luxuriously appointed self-contained studio apartments on the campus of Sheffield Hallam University with ground floor retail occupied by Tesco.

Offering on campus living in one of Sheffield’s most desirable districts, The Pearl Works is set to redefine the face of student accommodation in one of the UK’s most cosmopolitan cities. The Pearl Works takes its name from the industrious firm which once occupied the site, manufacturing highly desirable articles such as jewellery and cutlery.
