Walkers Awarded Premier Inn & Christopher House Sidcup Project

Description

Walker Modular have been awarded the contract from Pure Lake Group to provide Bathroom Pods for their latest developments at Christopher House, Sidcup.

Developer Pure Lake Group is set to demolish Christopher House in Station Road and replace it with a 106-bedroom Premier Inn and a nine-storey hall of residence for Rose Bruford College.

The development will completely regenerate Christopher house and will also feature cafes and retail space.

Spokesman M J Poole said “We have now started preparation for our most busiest period, not only are we pleased to be providing the bathroom pods for the student accommodation part of this development but Walker Modular can add another Premier Inn Hotel to their portfolio” .
