Order Received For New Student Accommodation At Clavering Place, Newcastle

Description

Walker Modular are excited to announce they will be the official Bathroom Pod suppliers for the new student accommodation at Clavering Place, Newcastle. The site is located on the southern edge of Newcastle’s city centre and a 0.7 mile walk from both Northumbria and Newcastle University.

The development will comprise 209 student bedrooms in a mix of cluster flats of 5 and 6 bedrooms and studios. Each cluster will have a dedicated kitchen/lounge/dining room with en suite Bathroom Pods provided by Walker Modular. Delivery will commence in June.
