The site will compromise 492 bedrooms including 70 studio rooms arranged as two blocks ranging between 11 and 16 storeys with fantastic views across the City of Birmingham.

The Building features a more modern design containing 93 cluster flats with 492 beds and all Bathroom Pods supplied by Walker Modular.
