Walker Modular are pleased to announce they will supply all Bathroom Pods for Lawrence Street York. This project is a 115 bed, premium student accommodation development in York and comprises the redevelopment of the former St Lawrence Working Men’s Club, together with a mix of studios and flats with one, two, three and five bedrooms, as well as communal facilities. The property is strategically located between the city centre and the University of York, and approximately 1.5 miles from York St John University. The former working men’s club building on Lawrence Street in York has been empty for many years and has fallen into significant disrepair. Walker Modular are also happy to announce their work with Empiric Student Property and are excited be a part of this journey and beautiful refurbishment of Lawrence Street with practical completion envisaged in time for the 2017/18 academic year.
