Description

Penrhyn Road is a new three-to-five-storey building housing 79 student bedrooms. The new development will provide a 114 high quality student rooms being a mixture of standard rooms and clusters. The development has been designed in line with Kingston University’s requirements being predominately cluster rooms. The site is very well located being adjacent to the main Kingston University campus on Penrhyn Road. Walker Modular are happy to be a part of this development as all Bathroom Pods will be provided by us.
