Description

Walker Modular will provide Bathroom Pods for the new plans to build 20 apartments with beds for 70 students on the site. This will be a mixture of three and four-storey buildings to house the students with the main view of catering for more mature students at the University of East Anglia.

Following the demolition of the former Shoemakers public house, the idea is that the UEA is going to grow by 20pc in the next few years and this new project will see more use of derelict land.
