The scheme, worth in excess of £40 million, will create 323 apartments for private rent across two new 17 and 22-storey blocks on the Arena Central site in central Birmingham. The development is part of a wider regeneration of the area and Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this prestigious new development. At present times the PRS sector is seen by many in the industry to have potential for real growth to provide high-quality housing, Arena Central is an excellent example of this PRS upwards development.
