Description

Walker Modular are pleased to announce they will supply all Bathroom Pods for this development. Brunel House is a historic former hotel which will now be turned into Student Accommodation. This scheme will transform the building into accommodation for 436 students compromising 233 student bedrooms which will contain 48 studios and 26 cluster flats. The development plan also features the retention and reuse of the original building in its entirety, the development is set to be completed by September 2018.
