Description

Situated in Birmingham's Gun Quarter, Unite Students introduce this 14-storey student block able to accommodate 586 bedrooms. The development will sit on land previously occupied by a self-storage facility between Stainforth Street and Lancaster Street. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this development which is part of a £40 million regeneration scheme in an area of Birmingham which has become a focal point for student flats in recent years. These cluster-led developments will help to meet the strong demand for student accommodation and provide a safe and secure home for students. International House is due to be ready in time for the 2018/19 academic year.
