Description

North Road Durham County Hospital is to become £31m of student digs development comprising 363 beds. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the building which was the original Victorian mental hospital and will now be converted into 82 student studios, while later extensions will be demolished to make way for two new blocks comprising 281 flats.
