Description

South West Lands, Wembley introduces the construction of a reinforced concrete framed PRS residential accommodation block of up to 18 storeys, with 3 storey link building, basement plant area, and retail units facing onto station square. The development creates a unique character and identity for South West Lands in which the building has a base, a middle and a top with a handcrafted feel – using traditional brickwork and standing seam metal cladding. Walker Modular will be part of this huge project which is part of a larger scheme. Bathroom Pods will be supplied by Walker Modular for the South West Lands project which is overall a 900 unit residential led mixed use development at the 85-acre Wembley Park site.  It is part of the residential led regeneration of Wembley and the scheme offers extensive residential landscaped amenity areas to the south.
