Description

The Quad development in Norwich is a mixed use and modern new-build development in a prominent city centre site. The student housing will aim to attract more footfall and activity to Norwich, which will make the area more vibrant through the day and evenings. By providing the services and facilities students need in a single well managed building, it will encourage a new community to enjoy life in this vibrant city. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the 244-bed purpose-built development which will play a part in the regeneration of the old Mecca Bingo Hall which has lain vacant for more than two years. In addition to the accommodation, shared kitchens and communal areas, The Quad will deliver new business space and include a vibrant courtyard for residents.
