Description

This new Travelodge hotel will be built as part of the Elwick Place development in Kent. The 58 bed hotel will be introduced as part of this 100,000 sq. ft. leisure and restaurant development in the heart of Ashford town centre, anticipated to open in summer 2018. The scheme will benefit from a surface car park of 282 spaces, in addition to the existing 600 space multi-storey car park adjacent to the site. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this Travelodge hotel in Ashford which is predicted to be one of the strongest growing town centres in the South East. The new Travelodge will be located very close to the Ashford International railway station and, with the all of the great restaurants, shops and leisure facilities in the immediate area, this will be a superb location for both leisure and business customers.
