Description

This scheme comprises a change of use of the building from an office to a new Travelodge Hotel. The development will include the demolition and replacement of the second floor; and alterations to the appearance of the building to create a 133 bed Travelodge Hotel with a new guards hut, cycle store and car parking. Monarch House is in a prominent position fronting Victoria Road in North Acton. Walker Modular will supply all Bathroom Pods for this Travelodge development which is largely a refurbishment of an existing outdated building.
