Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this 301-bed project on Dunblane Street which is set to be a first-class student accommodation development which will include a considerable number of amenities for the benefit of students at the world-renowned Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. A former warehouse on the street will be demolished to make way for the block of student flats providing suitable amenity space provision including practice rooms, study areas and common rooms and a courtyard area providing external space for residents. The site is very close to Glasgow Caledonian University and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and is in relatively close proximity to Strathclyde University and is therefore considered a perfect location for purpose built student accommodation.
