Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this development which compromises the demolition of existing buildings and erection of a 4-8 storey building. The 403 student bedrooms will be arranged as a mixture of studios, one bed flats and 4,5, 6 and 8 bed cluster units) with basement bin and cycle store, 6 surface car parking spaces and cycle stores.
