Description

Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for Hythe Mills which also features a networking hub, a rooftop terrace, secure car parking, laundry and private study areas. The site is just two miles away from Essex University and has been designed to form a strong and defined addition to the Hythe waterfront. The accommodation campus will consist of 223 bedrooms and rooms are set to be a mixture of types with the majority being en-suite rooms clustered together in blocks of between seven and ten with shared kitchens and corridors.
