Description

Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this Student scheme to provide more than 300 student flats. These student apartments on the former Hilton hotel site at Portland Crescent in Leeds and will comprise two adjoining towers of 16 and five storeys and feature 312 individual studios. A social area will be created on the ground floor for students to socialise and study in, as well as media rooms, private study areas, a gym, coffee shop and private dining facilities. The scheme will offer students in the city an unparalleled living experience whilst they study.
