Description

This development introduces this student accommodation scheme on a former surface car parking site on St George’s Close in close proximity to the University of Sheffield’s academic campus. The development consists of two main forms; a 6 storey podium and a tower element which rise above the podium by a further 11 storeys to create a 17 storey building overall. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this development which consists of 257 bedrooms within 106 units of accommodation with a mix of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom non en-suite apartments, 4 and 6 bedroom en-suite cluster flats, and single en-suite studios. The development on St George’s Close will also include communal living areas within each cluster flat, including kitchen and shared living/dining space.
