Description
Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this building in the centre of Leeds which will make way for a student accommodation block rising to 23 storeys. The building will create more than 132,000 sq. ft. of living space and will include 350 student bedrooms across a 21 storey reinforced concrete frame. The rooms will be a mix of one bed studios and apartments, as well as two to five bed cluster flats. The scale of the building is considered acceptable in this location and the development will provide high quality, contemporary, architecture that responds positively to the area.
