Description

The development at Thames Quarter will be a high specification build to rent scheme in Reading, in which Walker Modular will supply all Bathroom Pods. These 315 build-to-rent homes will be adjacent to Reading Station and will consist of one, two and three-bedroom apartments which will be ready for occupation in 2021. The scheme includes 10,000 sq. ft. of facilities including a residents’ lounge overlooking the Thames, a tech hub, cinema, dining rooms and roof terraces. Walker Modular are happy to be a part of this scheme as Thames Quarter provides scale, first class amenities with an intelligent design. The purpose-designed build to rent scheme near Reading Station will comprise 315 apartments over a part 12 storey and part 23 storey building at the old Cooper BMW site on Napier Road.
