Description

The development, on the city’s Orchard Street, will be known as the Oldway Centre and is set to provide a welcome boost to Swansea's under-supplied student housing market. Walker Modular will provide Bathroom Pods for this development which will consist of overall works for the 187,000 sq. ft. scheme. The scheme is in a prime city centre location, rising to 13 storeys with spectacular views and offers a mixture of cluster and studio accommodation.  The development will feature a private courtyard with bicycle storage and dedicated communal areas to encourage collaborative working and socialising.  The scheme is opposite the city’s main railway station and minutes from both the retail core and the University of Wales Trinity St David campus. Walker Modular are very pleased to be a part of this project and cannot wait to see the results in time for its opening at the start of the 2019 autumn term.
