Description

A Travelodge hotel is being developed as part of the larger scheme at Letchworth Gateway. The plans for the overall scheme are to demolish the existing buildings to make way for a modern mixed-use development incorporating food retail, restaurant and beverage units, as well as a much needed business hotel which will be the 73-bedroom Travelodge. McDonald’s, Aldi and a Travelodge hotel are set to come to Letchworth within 2018/19 in which the new development will not only provide useful facilities for residents and businesses, but it will also bring new employment opportunities to the area. Walker Modular will supply all Bathroom Pods for the hotel on the scheme with greater hopes of impacting the vibrancy and vitality of Letchworth town centre.
