Description

Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this Travelodge hotel which will be a new 62-bedroom development in the heart of Winchester. Located in the centre it will occupy the former Next unit at the bottom of High Street, between a restaurant and a fashion store and the ground floor will remain retail outlets, with the hotel sitting above. The scheme comprises the proposal for the demolition and replacement of the facades on both the high street and market lane frontages, this is first hotel to be based in High Street for several decades.
