Description

Located in the heart of the Queen’s Quarter and stretching from Botanic Avenue to University Road, Botanic Link is to be a five-floor student accommodation complex beside the Crescent Arts Centre. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this project which is made up of 219 en-suite bedrooms and 32 studio flats. The new build, which will sit on reinforced beams over the Belfast to Dublin train lines, will go on disused space between University Road and Botanic Avenue. There will be a mix of accommodation, with a range of affordable options for the student letting market. Students will also have access to a common room, multiple study rooms and an outside courtyard all located on-site.
