Description

Walker Modular will provide Bathroom Pods for this student accommodation scheme located in Swansea which will see 706 students housed alongside the River Tawe. The development will be on the side of the old Unigate Dairy adjacent to Morfa Road and not far from the St David student development, making the area a growing new location for student living. Introducing four blocks of between five and six stories with a ground floor cafe and a gym and the blocks will have two rooftop terraces between them, with views over the river.
