Description

The Streatham Campus is one of the greenest and most attractive university campuses in the UK, Walker Modular will supply all Bathroom Pods for this scheme. The development plays an important role in the identity of the city of Exeter and will provide a framework of woodland, lakes, gardens and open space located close to the city centre. Spreytonway forms part of our commitment to ease the pressure on accommodation in the city, as well as providing a range of options for future students. The Spreytonway site, will create 131 new bedrooms in the Lafrowda residential area helping to deliver more on-campus accommodation to meet growing demand from future students.
