Description

Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this project which will deliver a range of high quality, purpose-built student accommodation. Within the development will be flats sleeping between four and nine people each with a total number of spaces for 210 students. The scheme is easily accessible from the A45 and is situated in an excellent position to access a wide array of local amenities and various transport modes. Rooms will be arranged in 29 clusters of either four, six, seven, eight and nine bedrooms - including accessible rooms - with Ensuite facilities. The Student Accommodation development is due to be built in time for the start of the 2020 academic year and will also include a gym, cinema room and bicycle storage.
