Description

This new Hudson House development lay in the heart of vibrant, dynamic York and will consist of apartments, office and retail space. The development starts with the demolition of the existing 1960’s office block and create four new buildings arranged around a courtyard with a landscaped route through that will connect the railway station to Toft Green and Micklegate. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the redevelopment which will see the creation of 127 high-quality residential apartments and office space which is expected to attract new businesses and bring investment to York. Hudson Quarter will be a vibrant community for people to live and work. The branding represents a new beginning for this part of York and offers a unique opportunity to create a new quarter in the heart of the city.
