Description

The original Moberly student residence was built in 1966 and no longer meets the expectations of students for modern accommodation. The original building will be replaced with a high-quality, modern development with 251 bedrooms – helping to fulfil the growing demand from students for on-campus accommodation. The bedrooms will be arranged in cluster flats, and following student feedback will all be standard accommodation with one shared bathroom between two students. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this scheme which is one of the greenest and most attractive university campuses in the UK, with its skyline of buildings and mature landscape it also plays an important role in the identity of the city of Exeter.
