Description

Phase 2 of this student accommodation development, compromises 186 no. bedrooms, arranged in cluster flats, along with ancillary accommodation, servicing facilities and works including hard and soft landscaping and the creation of the new pedestrian street from Ladybellegate Street to Barbican Road. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the second phase of student accommodation at Blackfriars Residences, Ladybellegate Street, Gloucester. Once phase 2 which is set to complete in 2021, the combined phases will provide a total of 481 student beds.
