Description

This new Student Accommodation residence would feature 374 apartments, as well as amenity spaces such as a movie and games room, gym, private dining room and study spaces. The scheme, which includes significant improvements to public spaces, will rejuvenate an area of Cardiff city centre opposite the New Theatre. Walker Modular are happy to be a part of this scheme which will redevelop the Bradley Court site on Park Place and will provide all Bathroom Pods for this scheme which is due for completion ready for the start of the academic year in 2021.
