Description

The redevelopment of this brownfield site is an opportunity to improve the urban fabric along this urban artery to the city. The scheme consists of a ‘hewn’ stone facade fronting Dundee Street creating an urban design typical of the Edinburgh street scape, complete with articulated ‘brass’ oriel widows at high level. An active street frontage is provided at lower level. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this project which will feature a mixture of cluster & studio rooms. This development is scheduled for completion ahead of the 2021/2022 academic year.
