Description

Egham Gateway West will be the redevelopment of an area of the town to create a new square, shops, a cinema and new housing. The plans will deliver new accommodation containing affordable, shared ownership and market sales apartments in which Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods. This exciting development will also see a new four screen Everyman cinema open on the corner of Station Road North and Church Road. Four buildings combine new retail, leisure and residential accommodation, along with landscaping and public realm upgrades, to create a new gateway to the town centre. The commitment to affordable and shared homes is absolutely key to the Council’s aim of supporting local people and creating a vibrant town, building works are set to complete in late summer 2021.
