Description

Previously the home of a former military barracks, this scheme is located on Fulford Road and is within a mile of the University of York campus. This scheme will consist of a total of 368 student bedrooms within a high quality purpose built accommodation building. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this development which are to be integrated into a mix of studio clusters and townhouse accommodation. The project when built will boast excellent social and study spaces for students, 24 hour on-site security and a management team solely for the accommodation building.
