Description

Built within a prominent location at one of the main gateways into Nottingham City Centre this scheme will include 121 apartments consisting of a 10 storey tower and 4 storey low rise building. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this scheme which also boasts a gym, retail space, meeting rooms, communal gardens and basement car parking. The 10 storey tower will be wrapped in an ornate lace-inspired interwoven metal frame forming the balconies. The lace also wraps around the bottom of the windows in the low-rise section. The colour of the cladding is designed to complement the sandstone cliff and towering churches of the Lace Market.
