Description

York Street, Belfast is a 14-storey purpose built managed student accommodation scheme which will comprise 717 Student bedrooms. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the Student Accommodation unis within the cluster flats and studios which is set to complete in 2021. The building will boast communal facilities such as a gymnasium, cinema, games room, fine dining rooms and two private ‘themed’ (quiet/social and fitness/sports) external courtyards, together with an innovative variety of social and study spaces.
