Deakins Place is a Student Accommodation being developed on the site of the old Willbond Site just north of Nottingham universities Jubilee Campus. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the biggest student development in Nottingham which is to be Deakins Place. The scheme will consist of 703 student beds in a mix of Cluster and Studio layouts and contains an Amenity Space, Laundry Room, and Cinema Room with a delivery date of August 2022.
