The site is bordered by the Surrey Canal Walk Park and a short stroll from Peckham Rye station, the proposed development will cement the locations cultural quarter alongside the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and Peckham Library. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this Student Accommodation and will provide student housing for University of the Arts, with student rooms within two buildings of four to six storeys.
