Plans have been set in motion for a 14 storey hotel adjacent to the main railway station in Central Leeds. Offering both short and extended stay hotel rooms, Walker Modular will be providing all the Bathroom Pods for this upmarket development. Including a remarkable array of amenities for both business and leisure, designs include a gym, several meeting rooms and a selection of areas for food and drink, one of which being a rooftop bar. Located in the highly sought after area of Sovereign Square, the hotels external façade is set in a sophisticated arrangement of red terracotta, light beige brickwork and vast window bays that harmonise with the local aesthetic. All things considered, the hotel will be a fantastic addition to Leeds City Centre, offering more of the much needed quality hotel developments to an area which is only going to benefit from it.
