Description

Spanning across seventeen acres of disused industrial estate, the West Thamesmead regeneration scheme aims to offer a biodiverse haven of green spaces and the creation of circa 20,000 news homes. Walker Modular will provide all the Bathroom Pods for the first phase of the development, based on the historic grounds that were home to the Arsenal Football Club up until 1913. The neighbourhood consists of a large selection of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments, including space for affordable rent, all in the Royal Borough of Greenwich a mere 10 minute walk away from the River Thames. The buildings themselves are built around a 1.8 acre park and play area which is open to the public. All in all, one can only imagine that the view from atop the towers is impressive.
