Description

A selection of high quality purpose built student accommodation is what will soon greet Dublin. This new development will introduce 698 bed spaces to the student community attending the area’s universities. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for the development which is perfectly located just a short walk from the University College Dublin and packed with a phenomenal array of facilities including both common and study rooms, as well as a cinema, library and gym. The scheme will make a previously inaccessible site accessible with a linear park and nature trail with 37.5 percent of the site in open park space. Work on the scheme will commence promptly to facilitate students for the 2024 academic year.
