The Limes in St. Helier is looking at a whole new lease of life and purpose, as it is demolished and reconstructed in a series of apartment buildings, complete with a variety of one to three-bed flats. Although designs have improved accessibility thanks to the addition of local bus routes, this scenic location is aiming for a greener outlook, involving electric-vehicle charging points, courtyard gardens and renewable energy resources. Walker Modular will provide all Bathroom Pods for this exciting new development which has opted for a naturalistic scope of materials including stone, slate and timber, purposely selected to unite the surrounding environment with its newly created structure.
