Description

Tucked away in a busy corner one of London’s bustling suburbs, this empty site is now set to be transformed into a hotel and restaurant. Originally the home of Wyatt and Co’s tin box factory, this old site has been in need of a lift for years. Walker Modular will be providing all the Bathroom Pods for the 73 room development, which has been architecturally designed to complement the character of the surrounding area. This new build is located next to both the Maltby Street Market and Bermondsey Street, so there are plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and bars in the immediate area to visit. Furthermore, this new development will be a short jaunt across to the London Bridge Station, so there’s always the means to see more of what the capital has to offer.
