Consisting of 2 modern buildings, separated by a courtyard turned social space, this development is a refreshing sight on New Cross Road in comparison to the 2 aged, low rise buildings that originally stood in the space. Walker Modular Bathroom Pods will feature throughout the 2 constructs, which are 4 and 6 storeys respectively, introducing more desperately needed purpose built student accommodation into London.
