Description

Offering a mix of cluster flats and single studios, each room is currently set to have its own ensuite – with Walker Modular manufacturing the Bathroom Pods for the development. The build is within easy reach of local universities and Manchester Piccadilly Station, and will offer a range of different accommodation tenures including almost 200 affordable flats. Alongside this, a further selection of amenities including 2 courtyards, a study garden and a games room are available for resident use. All in all, Echo Street promises to be an impressive build which will provide additional desperately needed student beds within the heart of Manchester.
