Designed to house circa 550 Students, this gigantic development is the next tower to join a build which will transform the old land into a buzzing neighbourhood. One of 4 high-rise monoliths, the student accommodation building is set to be an attractive display of modern architecture, featuring large paned glass and beautiful landscaping. Walker Modular will be manufacturing the Bathroom Pods on the development, which is set to share the site with offices and apartments, as well as an aparthotel. All in all, the development is set to create a huge landmark for Leeds.
