Description

The Radmarsh Road development soon to be up and running is a six storey student accommodation block in Lenton. Previously the home of a timber yard, the disused site will offer a mixture of studio and cluster flats; housing up to 222 students. Walker Modular will be manufacturing the Bathroom Pods for this development, which can be found only a short distance away from the Jubilee Campus. Purpose built student accommodation has played heavily in numerous redevelopment schemes across Nottingham in recent times, looking to aid the ever growing student population in moving away from shared accommodation and into residential campus’ designed towards student needs. Here, Radmarsh is no different, offering a safe campus with a large quantity of social space.
